I'm a glutton for punishment always makes me hungry reading all the various delicious dishes. Luckily I've just polished of beef stew and onions, boiled pots, cabbage and broccoli yum!

Just had a BBQ chicken and lettuce sarnie, haven't eaten a proper meal all day. Been munching on junk food today. Lot of travelling done.

Chicken in an exotic mix of spices with red and green peppers in a special Thai chilli sauce, with mushroom rice,

Also known as a Thai Bengal from my local curry house :)

Technically I'm not eating it yet, but it should be winging it's way to me as we speak

A qiuck recipe I've just done tonight that tastes delicious:

Sweet Chilli Salmon with spring onions and pine nuts.

1. Lay the salmon fillet skin down in a little ground nut oil and fish sauce.
Add your spring onions and if you like you can add some chopped up crab sticks.
Pour in a little white wine and sweet chilli sauce. Cook for a few minutes.

2. Turn the salmon over. The skin should just peel off easily. Add a little more sweet chilli sauce.

3. Once the salmon is nearly cooked, scatter some pine nuts and get them golden.

4. Serve on a bed of rocket salad or with Udon noodles.

Yum!

had steak, veg, potatoes and rice earlier. now lyle's golden syrup cake, the cake cup white paper thing had to be scrapped of all its contents :)

Not eating right at this moment as its half 4 in the am, last thing I ate was half a pack of tesco rich tea fingers, washed down with some milk.
