If you want adding now you need to accept the friend invite as i will be away from the computer and you're currently coming up as pending still. :)

I think people that are in the X1 beta program can put forward other users, so if you want a possible invite from MS then send me your gamertag. :)

I wish i could remember how to do this though, as i can't the for life of me find that option now!

edit it is done via the xbox forum so can do it if you're on my friends list.

I'm not on your friends list, in fact my only friend is my wife :( but appreciate if someone can help. This issue has got me wanting to chuck the Xbox one out the window :)

Gamer tag is Acathla

What about blurays was there ever an issue with those with judder?

It looks like the controller update may have been to do with the headset.

When I bought my X1 I installed the Blu-Ray app, and watched a film, and I have never seen any juddering and I haven't changed any seyying and I do watch it on a 22" 1080p HDTV.

What about TV through the X1?

The latest fix has made it perfect now although it has to be re enabled after every update.

You must have just not noticed it, or the film you were watching didn't have a lot of panning shots or fast action.

Watching a Blu-ray film at 60Hz causes juddering, because the standard rate for film is 24fps. This happens whatever Blu-ray player you use: If you watch a BD film at 60Hz it will have judder, that's why 24Hz / 24fps mode exists.

Watching a Blu-ray at 24Hz should not cause juddering, as it's playing at the correct rate for film...but the Xbox One's Blu-ray player app had serious issues with 24Hz mode, leading to it still suffer juddering anyway (along with audio sync problems).

It has been improved since launch, via app updates and console updates, but is still not as good as the Blu-ray playback on a PS3.

DVDs suffer from judder due to a similar issue: PAL DVDs are meant to be played at 50Hz, yet the Xbox One forces them to 60Hz, causing judder...

I wonder if it will still be released on the 4th, given that the Feb. update was released later than that page claimed.

Yep , had this happen also , what's the point of a battery indicator if you still get no warning when the controller is going to die !!!

If your planning on getting the game or indeed just want to help a lonely soul out then feel free to add me...

Thanks.
