Any thoughts?

Cheers

My graph looks very similar but was fine the week before. I'm wondering if the increased latency is down to people viewing(or catching up) the Olympics via BBC IPlayer.

Here is my comparison between the VMNG300 and the Superhub

VMNG300(4 Channels 50/5):

Superhub(5 Channels 100/5 R36 in modem mode):

Its not the best example as those regular spikes are the icm device testing.

VM take a look at this, paying for 60mb one of your engineers came out and said there is nothing wrong, they are capping your bandwidth in peak times, no not capping more like throttling. Just to add i do not download movies or large files at anytime, just use it for gaming.

http://www.speedtest.bbmax.co.uk/ ? Ive stopped using that completely now as it is all over the place for me sometimes I will get full speed and sometimes I will get a few meg and it dosent even seem to depend on peak times.

Both just done right now.

For me its like back when I first went onto 50 as it was released, basically no servers could reliably give me full speed yet I was getting full speed all of the time. It eventually got better over time.

Also you do get both capped if you go over the stm limits and throttled between certain times on p2p and nntp traffic.

I would advise against anyone visiting and using a site which requires the user to disable their firewall.
