Movie Mix is going on channel 425 and Movies4men is going on channel 426 on the 25th august


The deal forms part of three new Sony channels for Virgin Media customers; MovieMix (Ch 425), Movies4Men (Ch 426) and kids channel POP (Ch 736), as part of a new long-term carriage agreement.

Sky Sports Mix HD and Sky Sports Mix SD have just appeared

So HD certainly is on XL. (Yes - I am happy to say I was wrong you were all right).

What other packages is it on?

A516 Digital is reporting that The Craft Channel is planning to launch on Virgin.

Sky Sports Mix is M+ and above. I believe that's for both SD and HD.

Base on information we have seen Fox News Channel will launch in "Autumn 2016" on Virgin Media UK - still to start testing in full.

As we posted early this afternoon on the Bay TV thread the channel is still on air (Source Liverpool ECHO) and as far as we know is broadcasting on Virgin UK Channel 159 in the Liverpool area.

Someone has posted that TV Anywhere is showing 517 with 507 greyed out on their M+ package. Maybe it's different on TV Anywhere??


Don't know why they bother paying to encrypt FTA channels.

TV Anywhere only streams from the SD channel numbers. 507 is Sky Sports Mix HD.
