Media Boy EXCLUSIVE: New Virgin Media update will be available for the IOS TV Anywhere app starting tomorrow.

Virgin Media sources has told Media Boy HQ today that from tomorrow an update will be available for the IOS TV Anywhere app to reflect the new colour scheme.

BT Sport Extra 1 to launch this week via red Button or EPG Channel?

BT Sport Extra 1 has today been added to YouView channel 527.

And is set to launch on Friday with Football from France.

So new ios update but most people won't have the TiVo update? Seems premature... Why call an additional channel bt sport 1 extra? It must be red button only otherwise why not say by sport 3?

Maybe it has some other behind-the-scenes benefits which we're unaware of in addition to the new look and feel.

Well, it has its own YouView channel so maybe it will get a VM channel number too. I think it's called Extra as it will only be on when BT has too many live events on its regular channels - the rest of the time it will probably be a barker channel.
