OBDLink Bluetooth OBD-II scanner tool so that I can keep an eye on my engine management map while out and about without having to drag a laptop along.

Been having some trouble with a certain type of fuel and have to keep resetting my ECU :(

Today I bought 2 Samsung Galaxy Core Prime phones, tomorrow I will get a Samsung Galaxy Note 4.

The Note will be on a £33 pm contact and the Primes will be on a 12 month contract £13 each.

But I will see if O2 can do a deal :D

The Primes are brand new on the market and I had the first 2 out of the cage they where delivered in.

I should say the Primes are for my parents, 3 phones is far to many.

The early bird catches the worm, or bargain as in this case. I've never been able to lie in anyway unlike the OH.

Like they say "Sometimes I wake up grumpy, other times I let him sleep on":D

2 225 LED arrays from Amazon for my chilli seedlings indoors. A lot cheaper than ebay or anywhere else. Then I noticed the predicted delivery date.... APRIL!!! :(

Re: What have you just bought?

A long reach professional quality 13mm socket hex flat grip with 1/2" drive. I need it as the rear subframe mounts to the bodyshell on the Metro have reinforcing ribs that prevent a standard socket going on straight and after 21 years of muck and bullets they'll be VERY tight so the 24" breaker bar will be in use.:)

Got to weld the mounting points for an MOT so the frame has to be dropped off to get at them cleanly.

Two rear brake flexible hoses £10 odd including VAT and delivery, might as well replace them while they're accessable.

Hex sockets are the greatest invention ever. Followed closely by plusgas (I suggest the catering sized drum for that job)

Driving on the flats means even with a very corroded nut/bolt there's usually enough purchase to get things moving. I have a set at 1mm increments from 10mm to 22mm so one is bound to fit even if the head has wasted down but they're standard length. Absolutely invaluable especially with an older car.

I'll be leaving penetrating oil et-al to try and do its stuff for a few days.

I'm eyeing up some new subframe mountings with the integral bushing on ebay, just needing to get confirmation from members on another automotive site that they are compatible as there seems to have been a detail design change around 1990.
