i normally have a few cans a night in the house (to unwind,and all the other usual excuses!) but this week im trying to wind it down to none by friday as i start on call for the first time (VM networks) and am crapping myself so thinking i'll need a clear head!!

a comforting Hot Chocolate with marshmallows on top. A zillion calories but miles better than another Beechams.
