Hi thenry, did you end up having a midnight feast and how did the lamb taste?

I know the site area you linked to and it seems like a good, no nonsense, guide to the basics of cooking.

I used to use the Livestrong.com Diabetes Journal and still occasionally dip into the low carb recipe area.

yup at 11:30pm and it wasnt burnt :D i didnt really follow the guide on livestrong and just ended up being creative. i put an oxo cube, some bbq powder stuff, crushed garlic, ginger, fresh chilis and oil on the meat then put it in the oven. i dont know how long it was in for. i waited for it to get brown'ish then added a little water then waited a little longer for it to brown again then grilled the pieces. i tried something with the liquid from the oven tray. put it in a frying pan added an onion and tomato in the tube.. ended up with a hot source type. boiled some veg and put butter on it. fried off some boiled potatoes. and made rice. i really havent got a clue what im saying i ended up with a this minus the rice...
