There's no thought been given on how York will possibly cope without a Duke. Even if it doesn't have any hills to march troops up and down.

Yes……if such a law exists on the statute book. Which it doesn’t.

Parliament can always pass one, but they haven’t as yet. So on that basis he cannot be “stripped” of his title of Prince.

He will have voluntarily agreed not to use it.
