The SH2ac has just arrived, it says i need to return the old SH2 within 21 days or i maybe charged, does anyone know if i really need to return it?

Yes, they are already being used. People are asking questions over in the Virgin Forums, and the SH2ac's are mentioned.

Looks like I didn't get one either for trials, but I'm not too fussed if it's already in general circulation.
