In my opinion this is by far the best signing city have made since they came into money. It might take him a month or two to adapt, like it did Silva, but he will be a quality player for city in the long run.

Maybe, but as the amateur teams can't afford him, and 5 a side is out...then he has gone to the best side otherwise :D

But in regards to this which one is just trying to strengthen the team and who is still trying to build the team? Same can be said for the teams in London, Liverpool and everywhere else?
