Sky Movies Classics HD and 4 UKTV HD channels is coming to Virgin Media in October Confirmed.

I sent a email asking is the the test channel Sky Movies Classics HD

What is Virgin Media testing then ?
Is it possible i could be 2 channels that are testing in 1 stream a SD channel and a HD channel or is it a sky sports red button stream ?
I think Sky Movies Classics HD will launch on channel 441
Sky Sports News HD and Sky News HD can not be far away then

Here is the latest I have:

-UKTV HD Channels will launch but I have still to see an launch date/month.
-I think we may also see some new channel numbers being given out by Virgin to the UKTV Channels*.
-Sky Movies Classic HD - I have only seen rumour of launching on Virgin TV.
-No idea on when going to happen with Channel 890 (Even my insiders do not know).

*I think they will be as followed:

124 - Watch
125 - Watch HD
126 - Watch +1 (Was Channel 125)
127 - GOLD (Was Channel 126)
128 - GOLD +1 (Was Channel 127)
129 - Dave (Was Channel 128)
130 - Dave HD
131 - Dave Ja Vu (Was Channel 129)
191 - Alibi (Was Channel 130)
192 - Ailbi HD
193 - Ailbi +1 (Was Channel 131)
203 - Yesterday
206 - Blighty
208 - Eden
209 - Eden HD
260 - Good Food
261 - Good Food HD
262 - Good Food +1 (Was Channel 261)
265 - Home
266 - Home +1
267 - Really

(?) = Channel broadcasting on that number right now.

Well l suspect until they launch we will get the usual email and Twitter questions flying off hourly to Virgin and the usual username changes as well on this forum as well.:rolleyes:

Eden HD and Good Food HD is launching soon with Dave HD and Watch HD maybe coming in October.
