If they charge I go, if they don't I stay, its as simple as that with me, I aint got anything to lose but they will lose my custom and other peoples I dare say if they start banging on charges to VIP's when they never lowered the Sky Sports price through th of-com ruling

They can easily change that slogan with

AMAZING HD. NO MONTHLY FEE*

*Expect for Premium content...

Where have Virgin mentioned Sky Sports HD in any of their advertising or websites.

Is it an HD channel?

In which case, it CLEARLY falls under the banner of "Unlike Sky, we don't charge a monthly fee to watch HD." Where does it state that "premium" HD channels won't be included in that statement?

Right, I'm getting out of this argument now, because it's just going to turn into another lengthy pointless one and I can't really be bothered

Why don't we wait and see what happens when the Sky Premium channels are offically announced. If people want to start taking Virgin to court after that, then it's their choice.

We will probably get every Sky HD channel except SS3 and 4 in HD.

I think there is nothing stopping them saying "except premium channels" - but it will be a humiliating climb down for them.
