Cottrell and Files have said their book is aimed at educating law enforcement and the public about criminal techniques.
The book provides guidance on how to act if bribery is found out, stating: “lawyer up immediately”.
“At every step and every turn, at every possible point, counter and attack the accuser from all sides. Use the courts, mass media, personal media and hire people to write and place stories.”

Cottrell’s lawyers said that the book was written to warn about bribery and the facilitation of corruption, but pretty sure telling people how to carry out bribery and the facilitation of corruption isn't covered under the dictionary definition of"warn"... ;) |
