Re: Football : Season 2009/2010
It was definitely a foul though - the first time I saw it I thought it looked just outside the box but on the replay from another angle you can see the ref got it just right.

I hope Park gets the credit he deserves but I have a feeling tomorrow's coverage will focus on Rooney again. |

Re: Football : Season 2009/2010
It's hard to tell from the main angle but one of the replays showed contact took place just in the box. Mind you, a thousand scousers would tell you otherwise ;)

Re: Football : Season 2009/2010
Can't see Liverpool finishing 4th now. 2 points behind City (if City win at Fulham, they are 2-0 up at time of writing) and City have two games in hand. 4 points behind Spurs will have one game in hand.

Re: Football : Season 2009/2010
I see the ladyboy has learnt a lot in his time with Liverpool, cheating git. I hope that bobble for the chance he had at the end happened because of what he did in the first half, serves him right :)

Re: Football : Season 2009/2010
Did anyone else like Sky's attempts to hype the Chelsea game as a 'big match' and a 'difficult test'?

Re: Football : Season 2009/2010
I don't care what anyone say's Rooney and Drogba are divers, some of the antics of both these players today were appalling, and the referee let it go, anyone else would have been in the book or even sent off.

Re: Football : Season 2009/2010
Instead the ref gave them 5 minutes of overtime ;)

Re: Football : Season 2009/2010
This thread wouldn't be complete without one of Arthur's outburst's about divers ;)

Re: Football : Season 2009/2010
It's very tight at the top now!

Re: Football : Season 2009/2010
So can someone tell me if Rooney or Drogba didn't fall over and deserve the Oscar.

Re: Football : Season 2009/2010
Arthur - had United been 2-1 down and the referee added 5 minutes of extra time wouldn't you be moaning about "Old Trafford overtime" etc as you have done in the past?
Why aren't you accusing the ref of adding 5 minutes to give Liverpool a chance to equalise? |
Re: Football : Season 2009/2010
when did rooney 'fall over'?
