Does anyone see any harm in VM agreeing a carriage deal for LoveFilm to expand their selection of On Demand content available to customers? Surely it's not in direct competition if it offers exclusive content as well as "shared" rights content, ie blockbusters, etc.

Personally I would be happy to add on £5 per month to my sub to get more quality on demand content. Surely it wasn't free for VM anyway, or if it was, then no wonder some providers are making alternative arrangements with the likes of NetFlix and Lovefilm.

I assume you mean an optional subscription of £5 per month?

Not sure there's even a US version of that for them to colour in so I wouldn't hold my breath! You'll be telling me next you're a Virgin Mobile customer and had this bizarre notion that Virgin Media would support that! I share your pain (if not your os!).
