General it will be my upstream mate on 100mb with 5mb upload atm got told it defo happening in july

that when double speed is kicking in in my area i asked would i get full 10mb upload and got yes by more that one person

Double speed kicked in in this area back in April but 100Mb is still on 5Mb upload.. Those expecting upstream increase the same time as downstream are going to be disappointed..

Are any areas on the doubled U/S yet? Since getting a SH I see my area has 5 D/S now but still only the one up - as the channel never ever changes I think there is only one regardless of no bonding.
