Upgrading to BUND03 online will change your billing.

ok i've been looking but i am unable to find where you all are seeing this bund03 at. All i see is 1,2,3mb

when i go to upgrade speed page i get this
Unable to upgrade your connection speed We are sorry that your current package or connection speed is not appropriate for an online speed upgrade. Please call customer support on 0800 052 2000 for further assistance with changing your service level.
