I feel sorry for anyone who works for VM. The service that we get is poor and no wonder people leave, We had an engineer who was complaining about other engineers, as he was losing his bonus and was doing twenty jobs a day.
No wonder there is so many problems. |

i have to agree with jb66 here, Virgin Service Techs get an excellent deal compared to us contractors...

It's not free but very cheap, the only thing that's expensive is sports and movies as we pay full price for those. Half price virgin mobile too
