You misunderstand. The page was obviously not supposed to be released to a environment available to world...it is LIVE is no longer...so it was a mock up, but by mock up I'm not saying it was necessarily someone playing games...obviously a page designer has put it together, perhaps as I said to test stylesheets and layouts...the team wouldnt want to be caught short knocking up the page when given only a few hours notice that BT Sport was ready to go....and that goes for all the content on the page...which will be made up of different content blocks and such like and how they all fit together would have to be tested. Someone could just have innocently picked to the wrong layout/stylesheet combination when effecting a minor update..hence what was seen for a short time earlier.

I'm not saying Im right, just playing devils advocate. :)

They could always spread the cost across all services and customers with the next price increase. Little bit extra on phone call costs, higher rise on broadband cost etc, just to cover it. So they could always hide the extra costs if they wanted to do it that way, which would stop non-sport fans complaining about an increase in price.

My total number of channels has gone up by 4 overnight, yet no VISIBLE channels have launched on the epg. Could those 4 new channel streams be BT Sport 1 & 2 SD & HD?

mine have gone up by 4 as well here's hoping after what happened yesterday on TV Anywhere and now an extra 4 channels have appeared overnight things are starting to move forward

It doesn't work like that. I think ALL channels show on the EPG its just that they are GREYED out if you are not subscribed to them. Still, to be fair I'm just hoping on 4 additions between now and Saturday:) We shall see very soon.

Delighted to have it for nothing but would never have paid extra sub for these channels. Ok so a price rise can now be expected, but VM have played an absolute blinder holding out for these channels.

On a serious note,I am truly made up for all of you VM stalwarts on this site,most of you never stopped believing and frankly you got what you deserved,now, if VM get Sky Atlantic I will be back in September (12 month Sky\BT deal expires),the deal breaker for me is you can watch BT Sport\ESPN via multi-room which you can not do on Sky.So to all you "Believers" I salute you.......:clap::clap::clap:

Well, I am pleased for those who wanted it. I wasn't that fussed about it myself, but it is nice to see that Virgin listened to those who sent an email to the CEO office and acted. Think I will go and look for myself to see it is on now.
