It really does amaze me that people are so invested in mans finances from before he was an MP!

I wonder for all those so obsessed with it, do you declare all your earnings to a new employer and what you used those funds for?

Do you declare on your tax returns every single bit of money you are given either from work, gifts, winnings, found, saved, selling etc or do you just leave it on auto like most and not declare some of the money you get outside of work?

I wonder why no one seems to be making such a big deal about Starmer and others getting tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands from people, after all if it's bad that Farage was given money before he was an MP, then surely it must be even worse for an MP or PM to receive money from people??

Absolute hypocrites if you say it's different or it doesn't matter!

Farage is a thorn in the side of the 'established' politicians, they're scared of him and will use any and all means possible to discredit the bloke . . and they have a lot of influence.

They don't like it when the 'great unwashed' get ideas above their station ;)

We live in a capitalist society. People don’t routinely run around gifting £5m here or there to their mates for nothing in return.

If I’m repairing mobile phones on the side (I’m not) and not telling the taxman my customer gets a repaired phone. What’s Farage’s “customer” getting? Farage in their pocket for 5 years? Its certainly going to focus his more than the paltry sums an MP, and even the PM earn. Just look at poor Boris. Barely enough to live on for him.

Loving the way that Farage's faithful flock are triggered when it's discovered he's not been disclosing massive donations. Peeps, Farage could have prevented these rightly negative news stories in the first place by either not accepting them, or actually by registering them as required by law.

On another note, having lost the last three by-elections, you would expect the leader of Reform to be focusing on winning seats and not doing adds for bullion etc. He had £5m a few years ago, he has five houses, etc. It begs the question as to whether he wants to be PM or if he's just using his position to make a lot of money on the side.

Exactly. They talk of Farage Derangement Syndrome without realising it’s them who refuse to accept facts that their “man of the people” is actually a professional politician who has never done a proper job since leaving public school - unless you count where daddy got him employed as a commodities trader in the City.
