It might also be less buffering, resulting in data being allowed to pass faster.

I would but my initial suspected cause doesn't hold up now I've actually seen the graph (it wasn't showing up earlier)

first time i see latency -after about 3:15pm- so low with 100mb(red spike after 4pm is because i reboot router)
is just me??or appearing to others?
dont know if will stay like this by end of day

Something has happened at midday on my graph as i have never seen the max latency so low, and there is nothing in my modem logs.

The below graph is a few weeks ago and what i have been used to, strangely even the minimum latency has been rising at peak time even though i wasn't using it.
