Run that past me again Arthur.:p:

Was Lennon actually on the pitch today? He was dire to say the least.

Bale and Pavlyuchenko were not far behind him either.

A very poor United today, but well done to Arsenal.

Spurs season is over, we have now no chance of qualifyiing for Europe, we have lost out as we are not good enough.

We have got players that are simply not playing to form, Its Ok for Harry saying that we have got things going against us, but if we don't put the chances away, we simply won't climb that ladder.

I can see a big massive clearout by Spurs in the summer, but Levy won't pay the money to get the goods, and IF we are not in Europe, then we won't get the big players out there, I can see Bale and Modric going, despite them being on long term contract. Levy won't turn down bids of £40 million for Bale.

United off the pace away from home once again, all credit to Arsenal, they just about deserved to win, Song in particular did a good job keeping Rooney fairly quiet.

Wow. I must have watched this Bergkamp compilation 10 times today.

Most graceful player ever...

yes we were rubbish but with Nani and Park out there we were two players down in midfield and the others didn't do a lot either.

Once again we can't play away from home and we've never found out why all season.

I've said on other forums at home you can carry a few players not performing but not away. Maybe that is the problem

I would qualify the 'can't play away from home" a little. In the Premiership maybe but in the Champions league the away form is fantastic.

has it. A couple of one nil wins and the odd bigger win against smaller clubs who aren't in our league. Hardly fantastic

Our away form in the Champions League has been quite good. A five goal or more scoreline isn't the only indicator of a good performance. :erm:

Anyway, today we were dire.

It's certainly going to be an interesting end to the season, today's Man U result.

I like Man U and Fergie's a legend, but I suspected there was a twist or two in the EPL so I had a little tickle for Chelsea with the bookies on Friday.

Well done to Norwich City, and QPR for that matter too. It's nice to see 2 Premier League originals back there. Maybe Notts Forest will win the play-offs and make it a hat-trick.

Who will win the playoffs?

I don't know enough about the Championship this season to make an informed choice and if history is anything to go by, the play-offs are pretty unpredictable anyway.

That got me thinking and looking at the first season of the Premiership is quite interesting,

Not one overseas manager, unless you count Joe Kinnear, the same for all team captains, only one manager sacked and that was at the end of the season.

I don't know about Forest but I think that Oldham Athletic's chances of a return are somewhat remote.:(
