Re: Coming Soon to Virgin TV (2009)
No Eurosport :( Can't tell you how dissapointed i am that this isn't one of them. A really stupid choice not to do this as sport is one of the best features of HD and for VM to say "We have Sport HD" would have been a big thing IMO.
and LOL that they can't even get Chnl4 HD or ITV HD, surley the easiest to get. Not great choices! |

Oh Nook, you do make me laugh. It seems everything NOT written by you needs a facepalm emote - get over yourself!
It took an AGE to get the 4 channels we're getting now, so where's your evidence of "more channels."???? I would have congratulated VM a few months ago for geting these but p 1ss up in a brewery spring to mind. Oh and P.s the only other "active" talk with other HD providers seems to be Good Food. |

Re: Coming Soon to Virgin TV (2009)
4 chAnnels announced and people still arn't happy. I bet that even if we had all the sky HD channels and were free to XL customers, people would stll complaint that they were not available to M customers.
We had 1 HD channel now soon we will have 5 this is fantastic news for people wanting HD |
Re: Coming Soon to Virgin TV (2009)
May I take time out to say the big thanks you to that Virgin Media Viewer who email me last week with the information about Virgin Media testing HD Channels.

BUT people should feel free to voice their opinion about 1) The time it's taken and the half truths before we even got here. 2) The choice of HD VM so far 3) When we'll get the rest of it. 4) Cost etc People should be free to point out where VM are going wrong as well as going right without being labled as apologists or antagonists! |

These are NOT the only HD channels coming to VM. The channels are free to XL customers and anyone else wanting them will need to upgrade to XL, as making them premium on L would make that package cost about the same as XL TV. |
Re: Coming Soon to Virgin TV (2009)
This is brilliant news. I can just see a rush of people ordering V+ boxes now, me being one of them haha.

Re: Coming Soon to Virgin TV (2009)
from a personal point of view I don't watch any of these channels althogh I think living does show CSI. Is that in front of or behind 5 ?
It is good news on the HD front and shows VM do actually want this on their network when they can sign deals. Hopefully this will be a sign of things moving in the right direction. Ok it isn't the ones I watch but i'm sure living gets higher viewers that some of the stuff i watch on Eurosport |
