It's for me alright, I did that. The mistake was not giving me a follow-up appointment after my spell in hospital over Easter. So the pre-assessment is now cancelled and a consultation arranged for a few weeks time. Then we'll see about any operation...

B12 jag today & what a nippy little jag it is, but worth it as it makes me feel a lot better or should I say less tired.

I often hear people say they feel better after B12 but most I speak to don't really notice any difference myself included. And yes it does nip a bit don't it.

I notice a difference for a good couple of weeks afterwards but really get tired when it's due, I've heard a lot say they notice no difference but I must say I do.

What I thought was hay-fever giving me sneezing fits seems to have morphed into a cold. Just the thing when the weather turns hot having your head feel like it's stuffed with cotton wool. :(
