check the ip matches on thinkbroadband. google MY IP, it will appear uptop. also lookup where on the map on a site via google result has your IP address. then finally check your modem shows the same IP.

have the 2920n and was monitoring an adsl line and VM
is VM issue adsl had no problem
i have delete the adsl monitor because i reboot router and adsl change ip address

anybody have any ideas what the problem was on VM network? appears that we all had that same strange spike..

no seriously sent but that was the CMTS while the SH was in modem mode linked to my 615.. now in combo mode...

More of a routing problem to TBB i believe...

I ran a comprehensive ping test while the graph was "in error" and my average latency and jitter was pretty much stable and where it should have been, contradicting what was being shown by TBB.

It was a routing error as pretty much confirmed by qas.

Anyway I have another slight oddity:

From 11-8 I was downloading at full speed constantly so I dont understand how between half 1-4 and 6-8 I had lower min avg and max latency.

There's a few explanations, including from the way DOCSIS3 handles upstream data.
