hope Wenger signs him on loan. he may be old but he's still got something to offer :D

Even with one leg he would be better then the overrated and on loan to Sunderland Bendtner.:D

Artificial pitches could make a shock comeback if some Football League clubs get their way.

Quote:

"Within 10 years, we will see quite a number of pitches," said Wycombe vice-chairman Brian Kane.
Quote:

"The players of my era have had major problems with hips and joints as they have got older," said the 60-year-old. "Modern pitches have shock pads and they are getting better and better but, in my view, they will never replace the beautiful surface of grass."

Not sure l want the return of these terrible artificial pitches.:(

2-0 to Man City at half time, looks like they'll be the only team with an unbeated record this season at the end of this game.... Mind you I always feel nervous about saying something like that about MCFC :D

Incredible story from Germany where the Bundesliga match between Cologne and Mainz was called off 40 minutes before kick-off after the referee tried to commit suicide. Babak Rafati was found in his hotel room less than two hours before the scheduled start time. The 41 year-old is in Hospital his condition is unknown.

No bloodbath Russ but a narrow defeat against a top side.

We went down fighting. Losing 1-nil to the league champions is nothing to be ashamed about.

And on top of that you drew 0-0 with Liverpool but the important games will be with the teams around Swansea and these six pointer games we hear so much about.

I think with a bit of premier league experience Swansea could be a decent mid-table side. The problem is we seem to be a bit nervous and in awe of the big sides. As long as we can adapt to the Premier style we could be here for a long time.
