My (new) bill seems very simple to understand - it tells me that I paid my previous bill, it tells me what I owe for this bill, shows how the bill is made up (what is in my bundle, and the price I pay for it), and any credits I receive - what's hard to understand?:confused:

Maybe yours is easy to understand but l can assure you that my bill online has charges and debits here there and everywhere and none of it is clearly laid out to be easily understandable.

Why not post it online (with personal details removed), to show us how complex it is (as you seem to have a different bill to mine).
