I have never heard anyone say they are looking forward to attending a funeral - it’s not a thing normal people say.

No US president has attended the coronation of a British monarch - however, Biden did attend the late Queen’s funeral, the time a US leader had been present for a British state funeral.

Trump said he would have gone and Biden couldn't handle the schedule.

Did you mean Bidens attendance at the funeral was the first for a sitting president of America?

They don't go to coronations for a specific reason...

To be fair in history there are really only three coronations it would have been realistic for a sitting US President to attend anyway.

What is realistic?

Care to share the reasoning?

.... Russell Myers, royal editor at the Mirror newspaper, also told Sky News that the president's absence was due to his being "staunchly proud of his Irish roots, his Irish American roots".

"I didn't think it was a real possibility that he would come," Mr Myers said., external

But historians say the reason is far less political, and that it's actually a centuries-long tradition for American presidents to miss the coronation.

Before George VI's coronation a visiting US President's attendance would require sailing across the Atlantic, making it quite difficult. Even for George VI, transatlantic flight was in its infancy.

The only two realistic coronations for them to have attended were the last two. The Queen's reign was so long that the idea you could fly to Europe was novel when she was crowned. There isn't much to read into their continuation of the traditional, albeit forced on them due to the distance, of not attending.

Someone is a little confused - he sued Perkins Coie in Florida two years ago in a case* before another Judge (Judge Middlebrooks), that has already been dismissed, and which resulted in sanctions against him and Alina Habba, his lawyer.

Perkins Coie is suing Trump in Judge Howell’s court over his retaliatory executive order.

Ramblings aside.

Harvard have taken action because he is withholding 2Billion ( eye watering amount) of US tax payers money because of their political pro-Hamas and anti-Semitic leanings.

Why US tax payers are financing a private university that already has a 50 billion endowment is perplexing.
