Cable Forum - Virgin 4Mb to upgrade to 10Mb February

Update on 23rd still says "September", so less than 7 days to go ....... :D

So, do I have to reboot my cable modem every night until I get 10Mb or what :confused:

Pretty much, I think, although you can do it in the morning or afternoon if you want to make it more exciting. Some people have reported getting the upgrade without having to reboot, but if this happens you should reboot anyway, or you'll cop a b******ing from eth01! (don't ask).

Don't u just wish they flipped the switch and magic (new speed :) ) happened in an instant.

I get the idea, at some point probably in october everyone gets upgraded to 10Mbit instead of the slow drawn-out rollout.
