I got upgraded from 20Mb to 10Mb (Coventry) :) getting around 12Mb

I'm in the Wakefield region and am still awaiting news of an update to my broadband speed.
C'mon Virgin Media, pull your finger out, I was told by customer services that the Wakefield area would be one of the first to be upgraded (due to the regions large size). Bloody liars... :( |

Welcome, everyone, to the first day of Autumn. Let me assure you that Virgin Media will be announcing more dates throughout the summer for the remaining upgrades. Summer 2009, I mean. :mad:
