TBH Deffy - I think we'd migrate to the end of the pool and have a big natter :D

Well to answer the OP - me I hope. In little, fun and focussed, steps. My personsl progress has not been too good yet - but I expect better stuff from me later :D

I don't like the water - never have, never will.

I always worry about sharks. especially in the bath

5 miles yesterday, fast pace with plenty of hills and steps. Most of it was along a riverside but once that ended it was very wet and windy.

15 miles today nice and slow. Was fine till 12 miles when the rain came on and I was running into a howling gale :(

Rest day tomorrow before the usual Saturday slow, fast, slow 9 miles.
