What? A situation where teams could get penalised to Ferrari's advantage......crickey, never saw that one coming:D

This I never saw coming either! Could be 26 cars on the grid for the 2010 season, along with the crappy "medals" system.

This will be bordering on unsafe, in my opinion - also, I cannot see how adding more teams to a 'winners take all' championship makes any sense.

The 2009 season is a bit of an unknown quantity, but previous seasons have resulted in maybe 5 teams dominating the results - adding 3 more to the back of the grid makes no sense at all to the competition, or am I missing something???

Does anybody know if the BBC plan to add F1 to BBCHD?

Not this year.

The BBC can deliver programmes in HD, just not the F1. The Australian GP will be filmed by n Australian TV company, and they might not have HD filming capabilities. So we can't watch something in HD if it's not being broadcast in HD!

I like the idea of introducing more teams. Maybe Super Aguri will be back, Pro Drive will be there, and I wonder who the third team are. :D

I don't like the medals system. He compared it to an Olympic sprint race...but that's just one race to determine the winner, with heats before it. The F1 doesn't have heats then a final. It's more like football, with matches and who ever has the most points wins.

The stewards have said the cars are legal so four of the teams have now lodged official protests (though one of the protests have been thrown out on a technicality)

This is a disgrace that the poisoned dwarf ex second hand car salesman can make such much money and wield so much power over F1.

This really is scandalousness and I wish his young beautiful wife would turn on her kers system at the ultimate moment and save us all a lot of grief, that would blow him out of the water.

Although I can't say I like the man very much, I certainly don't begrudge him his success. He has worked very hard, from almost nothing, to achieve what he has. Surely he must be given a certain amount of respect for that.

I'm afraid I cant agree with you, he has milked F1 for every penny he can get I believe that he still gets 50% of the profits and the teams get the rest, a bit unbalanced I think.

He also comes up with a ridiculous idea a couple of weeks before the start of the season that is only stopped by all the teams banding together, I could go on but I won't :)

Lewis says that McLaren are going to struggle this year. Wonder if this statement is true.

We sure will :D

Hopefully the rule changes will actually promote better racing...unlike other rule changes in other years ;)
