The PS4 will be released on November 15 in North America and in Europe November 29. Prices are £399 euros, $399 and £349.

HHHmmm - I only ever really got a ps3 for the multimedia side. The only real time it plays games is when I have my son over.

But I can see the missus getting me one of these for Christmas ;)

Not to me, i would have liked a free full price game or even the camera free.

For anyone getting the PS4 there is a comment going around that an external HDD doesn't support game installs, atleast the internal can be upgraded.

Is it 100% sure/confirmed that PS3 games wont be able to be played on PS4? GTAV for PS3 playable on PS4 ?

You won't be able to play PS3 games on a PS4 at launch but there has been talk of being able to play them via the cloud eventually for both consoles, but i think this is extremely unlikely for the majority of PS3 titles any time soon.

So if you're planning on getting a PS4 then just keep hold of your PS3.

More user base = more sales and the ps3 will still sell for a number of years to come.

You could argue why didn't you hold off buying it until it comes to the PS4. ;)

Considering the length of time GTA5 was in development it's probably unrealistic to expect them to have ported it to the PS4 in the limited time R* will have had the dev kits.

For the PS4 folks planning on buying a PS4, it has officially been confirmed that there will be a PS4 Killzone bundle comprising of 2 DS4 controllers the camera and a boxed version of Killzone, all priced for around £429,it is also rumoured other bundles will be arriving soon.

I haven't seen it advertised yet but it looks like a good deal for you guys.

This isn't a dig at the PS4 as it was locked in a box, but it looks like if the PS4 overheats you get a 'red line of death' on the outside of the console.
