On the Tivo community forum they are being told that they can order extra Tivos. One guy is talking about getting three. The number of regular customers on here that have had a call is pitifully small.

Sounds not fair but suspect that if VM visit a house, it is easy enough to install multiple boxes in one go. So the limit is not how many boxes are available but how many visits they can arrange with limited trained resources?

Still wrong in my opinion.

At least you have your new Hub to play with!:)

I've resigned myself at this stage to not having Tivo for quite a while. There are no new installs being reported here after the initial TivoS1 batch.:upyours:

bugger, have been a long term Tivo user, moved house recently and I have two Tivos with lifetime subs sitting boxed up in the garage as not had a chance to unpack so missed out on pre-registering as a S1 user :-(

You can't contact the TiVo Team, they are working through the pre-regs at the moment.

I'm a S1 Tivo user and had two missed calls on Tuesday. Radio silence since ... Has anyone been able to call back? Do you know if they are still running through the list? Trying not to sound desperate:erm:

If you have been rung and are an S1 owner you may want to read this thread:

May be true, but I'd be surprised if they did that. When V+ rolled out it was one per household till everyone who wanted one had one.

I would like to see proof of that as it is rather unlikely when they have customers chomping at the bit waiting for the release.
