I really dont see what all the fuss is about, if you dont want it, dont pay it. If anything this shows that the £10 HD sub on Sky for "all HD" is really only for sports & movies, these cost big bucks and as such there is a premuim attached to view in HD. Some folk on sky pay the £10 and dont have sports and movies, absolute madness!

Im in the process of transfering back to VM having had Sky HD for 2 years, and havent signed up to Sports or movies, I dont feel I watch them enough. If I was, I wouldnt mind paying extra, although would rather it was £10 and had sports 1-4 in HD

No news yet but I have seen rumours of September for the Basic HD Channels from Sky.

Chill radio on channel 961 has today ceased broadcasting on Virgin Media.

Ahhhh Chill radio has stopped broadcasting, maby thats why everybody is feeling so stressed out about everything at the moment. ;)

Strange, Why drag the Sky HD basic channels launches to September if you got the rights to them.

Im sure someone said they will launch in August with Sky HD Premiums.

that what i was getting out frorm (CS) TODAY IM PHONE UP ABOUT HD CHANNELS THAY WAS TELLING ME IT BE ON THE 2 AUG AS YOUR POST SAY ABOVE WENT ON TO SAY WE LOOKING AT September TIME TO Launch the Basic HD Channels from Sky.

Don't think it will go live till VM actually announce the package officially. Possibly the 19th July.
