Don't even pretend there wasn't a backlash against Ronaldo when he did exactly the same as Berbatov and wanted to leave. Then Ferguson just said play or you'll rot in the reserves. Hmm.

I'm not a cynic. Its wrong for any team to dominate a league, be it United, Liverpool or us. Except it isn't just one, its three. Who wouldn't have predicted the same old 4 finishing top this season? Or next season? There are 10 points between 4th and 5th, and 8 points between 6th and 7th. I'm not expecting you to to agree and say its terrible, but its hardly exciting. |
