They were love to shop vouchers.

Well I called the Police and have a crime ref now. Good thing is its all caught on CC TV and after speaking to security they can identify her.

Woman in late 30s to early 40s with a toddler!! Shocking.

Not really that shocking is it? I personally get quite anal about keeping things safe. I have lost things before and not got it back but always in the end blamed myself for not keeping them safe

I agree it's not shocking in this day and age. It's going to cost a lot more in resources than what it's worth too. I'd just kick myself and hope to be more careful in future.

I do to, but as I mentioned I had just taken stuff out of my pocket to get some change and dropped them while trying to put it all back. I noticed literally a minute or two after it happened.

They were only on the floor for a minute or so and the person that came in after me just picked them up and pocketed them. Thieving ****!

I know I won't get them back but its the principle. Don't steal. If you find something, hand it in.

I agree but I guess I have come to terms with how society is now. :)

Even the most basic theft cases will end up costing £1,000+ by the time they go through the criminal justice system. Setting a limit below which crimes are just written off is a terrible idea IMO.

I do hope they don't charge you den with it being done so recently. I'm very sorry to hear you are experiencing problems with the steering rack again.

Most garages have a 3 month waranty parts and labour. Their claim will be with the manufacturer of the rack. I would expect the work to be done FOC.

No my partner phoned me up to give us the good news so hopefully we should get back the car in the next day or two without having to fork out even more money.
