I think some of the confusion over upgrade billing is between bundle discounts (for instance, I have XL Triple Saving on my bill) and loyalty discounts (I know I was confused until I checked my bill). It appears that we keep bundle discounts, but some people are losing loyalty discounts.
Any VM staff, please feel free to correct my misconception if necessary. |

Just wondering for when I do my order, if you fill in the online form, do they just contact you via e-mail or do they phone you to confirm the order?

I've just had a confusing email from VM about Tivo.
I ordered online and requested Tues 26th April 8:00 - 13:00 and 13:00 - 18:00. The email I received says congratulations, the charge will appear on your next bill. We are sending one of our technicians round on 19/04/2011 6PM to install. Does this sound right, or is this a mistake in the email (I am at work at the moment so can't check this; I will tonight if I don't get a response here). That date and time would be ideal if it's true. |

I've been a bit of a lurker on these forums (as I'm the quiet type) but now getting a bit concerned about not getting the opportunity to get TIVO installed free. |
