Lets say that vigin have done a deal but due to contract can't reveal anything yet, BT have virgins hands tied until the date, this doesn't mean that rumours couldn't be initiated to suggest to customers that something will be coming, rumours conveyed by e.g. BomberAF

What do they say on VM EPG?

I have just checked Sky EPG for ESPN Classic and ESPN America and from 6am 1st Aug it shows "..programmes no longer available"

If this is the same on VM EPG then this is reflecting what i am saying

Simple maths, say for example receiving £7 per month per XL/VIP sub, of which there about probably at least 1.6 million out of the 3.2m customers is considerably greater than 20,000-30,000 separate subs of £12-£15. BT will make far more money from it being in a collection than sold separate. Don't see what people aren't understanding about this?

ESPN got 30p per XL sub, why on gods earth would they then give BT £7 per sub.

I gave you the accurate maths and you've dismissed it using figures off the top of your head.

People say this but BoxNation charges customers and not VM is that correct?

Boxnation confirmed to me back in 2011 that VM charge the customer. When Boxnation first launched it was free on SKY for the first 3 months. Boxnation also offered the next 6 months for the price of 5 to SKY customers signing up for the channel. When I asked them would VM customers get the same deal, Boxnation confirmed VM have control over any deals or even price they charge for the channel!

thought that would be case Chad mate thanks for confirming it VM would not let others charge their customers so if VM get BT sports it be in a pack of there choice once a wholesale price is agreed

If we were getting the channels and they were going to cost £12 or £15 I'm pretty sure we would have found out by now. The reason we might not have heard anything yet is they may be annoucing other stuff which isn't set in stone yet, one thing may be this android app for tivo
