This is getting to be a joke :rofl:people saying i have been upgraded to 10meg surely NTL would roll it out more sensibly than lets give it to someone in Derby a person in London someone else in Cheddar Gorge but then again its quite amusing.

well i was thinking of ddropping down to 2meg line
and heard about the 10meg speed upgrade before end of year
so i kept my 3meg line on

so if i dont get 10meg before end of year
do i have rights to complain ;) :D :p:

current thinking on the random upgrade thing here is that ntl are doing some form of testing, beta if you like before a mass roll out

I am inclined to think the upgrades that have happened are actually trials rather then the rollout. the service status does look interesting although Leics is mentioned a few times I havent had any outages as a result. But maybe it isn't in my part of Leics.

Well looks like I am moving to 3mb as the gf will have more upload which will suit her.

I would imagine it will also improve performance on games also?

I am not, it was in response to the conclusions already drawn up. I defenitly dont expect a mass amount of people to suddenly be upgraded 4th nov.
