Why on Earth would you want that channel? Looks like the biggest load of rubbish so far on TV to me.

well I'm for increasing available channels, not having channels, any channels, on the platform is detrimental.

same argument applies to the channel, whose name we should not mention.

in this case it is odd VM is behind on the launch

Rumours I saw on the web site:

TruTV not being on Virgin is due to:

-TruTV asking too much for per viewer.

Media Boy HQ called Virgin Media "Victor Meldrew" sometimes.

Look what happen with past deals with CSC Media and Viacom.

VM are sometimes behind other platforms because theirs is a closed platform so the channel has to negotiate the price it pays VM. For the other platforms, a market exists in EPG slots and satellite and DTT capacity.
