i would have thought it would be in ITV's best interest to give vm the hd channels a.s.a.p as they were supposed to having severe financial problems weren't they? virgin could have had them 1yr ago, the extra cash they have missed out in that time surely must be more harmful than making a deal for a lower price for a 3yr contract or something?

Must not be offering em cheap enough yet :rolleyes:

Virgin Media TV is not a joke. Virgin Media have 31 HD channels and soon to be 35 and maybe even more this year

Sounds like the Â£10 charge is because they need to buy new equipment. Also quite surprised that a small-time cable company got ESPN America HD but states that Discovery HD is very expensive.
