I take seven seas multivitamins with cod liver oil. Those hot ones are deceiving although I'm good at judgement thanks to knowing my own body. Trust is not an option.

Remaining turkey crown breasts sliced and in the freezer together with sundry meat. Remains of crown ready to make soup and stock for noodles.

Lunch today of leftovers, plenty of roasties etc. Couple of unused pigs-in-blankets, stuffing balls etc.

Travelling to and from Brighton today. Pleasant train journey there and back I practically had the whole carriage to myself. Brighton town was manic I'm glad I shop online. I can't remember the last time I went clothing shopping for myself.

My happy thought is I got home from parents Christmas visit in Wales and this year my house temperature was 20c instead of 9.5c like last year due to boiler dying and I'm not ill and got another 5 days of vaccination before work starts again!
