Star Wars Rebels launches on Disney XD on 3rd October in the UK.

Does anyone know the latest news as to when and if VM are getting Disney XD HD?

Disney HD Channels are not set to launch on Virgin Media anytime soon.

Digital Spy rumour: Pick TV to change?

The BBC is certainly getting more commercial in its rights sales, in Australia it has set up a BBC channel with Foxtel so new programming is show there, displacing the PSB, ABC. I can see the same thing happening in Scotland.

Regarding the Pick TV rumours, I would attach no weight to those and I believe they have been rebuffed on Digital Spy.

August is always a quiet month for channel launches so I would expect little to happen until September.

Next Channel launch is set for August 28th when Latest TV launches on Virgin Channel 159 in some Brighton areas.

Next confirmed UK Wide channel launch is ITV Be on October 8th.

Most channels these days only care about the primetime viewing hours , their daytime schedules are generally full of filler junk.
