I note new customers have this included on the oomph, however I also note the new customer price rose by £10 pm on this announcement.

The offer price and/or the price after 18 months?

The offer price. It was £79 now changed to £89. I know it has been £89 previously.

Again, Anyone with ultimate oomph put in a complaint using the link below
We had this when they added on extra HD fee per box to the VIP Package, enough of us emailed the CEO back then, they changed their decision after a few days

https://my.virginmedia.com/my-cases/make-a-complaint

Make sure to mention rewarding new customers over current customers no loyalty
Was originally announced in 2019 and we have to pay for it but again new customers don't, I personally stayed with virgin due to this announcement, also where is Sky Sports UHD?
My V6 has a message on the main screen banner saying "Sky On Demand Ultra HD now available on your V6 box" this is misleading

Anyone think of anything else to add?

The tile ads on my V6 are saying Virgin Media Ultra HD Channel is available to all from 1st March to 31st of March.

It's a nice gesture, but as all of the drama series are mid way through their seasons, those on the lower packages won't be able to start watching them...

Absentia (Season 1, Episode 9)
Mr. Mercedes (Season 2, Episode 8)
Loudermilk (Season 2, Episode 5)
Underground (Season 2, Episode 9)
The Night Shift (Season 1, Episode 7)

Catch Up doesn't appear to be available for any of these.

It's fine for the nature and music programming of course but not the best way to showcase the channel.

I've renewed from VIP to Ultimate Oomph over the phone this morning. New package kicks in from tomorrow - take it I should expect Sky UHD to be included right?

It would depend on what you agreed.

As you would been within a cooling off period when the new package starts you have 14 days to withdraw from new contract
