It's also completely pathetic that a (supposedly major) ISP can't offer a reliable email service consistantly (although not surprising where ntl are concerned I'm afraid)

But it's ok-they've got a million BB customers (alledgedly), so they must be doing things right. :dozey:

I just tried the add email account page to use another of my 15 accounts & got denied with:

You could try changing your mail settings to :-

smtp.wecantbebotheredwithemail.com

pop.whocaresifyougetyourmail.com

Works for me :D
