Make you own mind up on which one you trust:
A) The "I" newspaper is reporting: Talk’s owners News UK have made an audacious approach to buy GB News. *GB News has rejected approaches from Rebekah Brooks, News UK CEO. *I Sources suggested “conversations” had taken place between TalkTV & GB News owners but no formal bid on table yet. B) Talk TV may close https://www.tvzoneuk.com/post/talktv-uncertainfuture-r1 |

VM is now selling Mega TV bundles in nexfibre areas via Stream boxes. I assume that this is a new development following the additional channels that were added to the Stream service earlier this month.

Re: Virgin TV (2024)
VM aren't doing the best job of showcasing what they have to offer.
I was having a look at their website earlier and out of the '190+' TV channels in the 'Bigger Combo bundle' the 6 channels that they have chosen to highlight are Sky Showcase, MTV, Gold, Comedy Central, W and Drama. Given that W and Drama are both free channels, they are hardly the best at showing the value of a pay TV package costing £49 per month. Channels like Alibi, Discovery, National Geographic or Crime + Investigation would all be much better choices. |
