No, it doesn’t.

However, if something is stated and more information shows that the statement is not factual, that "opinion" can be shown to be incorrect.

Yesterday the Iranians sent a charter freight aircraft from Tehran through Iraqi airspace to an airbase known as T4 just over the border in Syria close to the border area where IRGC and their militia franchise are making a nuisance of themselves and their smuggling hub for weapons to hezbollah.
