Already qualified and it doesn't really matter if they finish 2nd or 3rd as they are not playing any more games at Old Trafford this season. The outfield is being completely replaced for next year.

I would have been tempted to leave Rashid out and play five pace bowlers given how badly India have played seam/swing bowling so far.
